Seven-Day Return and Refund Policy
- We Print Boxes require you to contact us within 3 business days after receiving your purchase if you find the delivered product to be faulty or not exactly as you expected. This is because we produce bespoke products and the nature of our custom printing products and other services requires customization.
- If we make a mistake or detect a problem, we will reproduce your original purchase; otherwise, we cannot contest a refund or credit to you. Our management is in charge of determining what constitutes a defect.
- To get a reprint of your original purchase, you must provide digital images proving the product’s fault or, if you choose to return the item at your own expense, send the whole amount of the original order to us within seven business days.
Order Placement, Payment, and Cancellations
- The prices displayed on our website for every product from our database are in US dollars (USD). Order payments will only be accepted in US dollars.
- Due to the customized nature of our printing products and other services, we are unable to begin working on your orders for printing jobs or other services until full payment, including all charges, taxes, shipping, and handling fees, is received by credit/debit card or through an authorized payment method from the user of our website.
- We demand website users and customers to approve proof (either an electronic file or hard copy) of the printing products or other orders as part of the order assignment process.
- After the customer’s approval, projects are sent to the press. No modifications are permitted to the artwork files, order elements, or production turnaround time once the customer has approved the print order and passed it on to the press or via our website.
- You have five hours to cancel your request after the proof has been approved. $20 and 4% of the entire purchase price will be charged for this kind of cancellation before the order is canceled.
- Once the 24-hour period has passed, you can still cancel orders. To compensate for the expenses of cancellation and the labor performed in our prepress department, such cancellations will be subject to a fee of 45% of the entire order value. (We do not assure you that your order will be canceled beyond the 24-hour time limit.)
Orders for Designs Are Not Refundable
We Print Boxes does not contest credits or refunds for purchases placed for design services. Once placed, all design orders are final and non-refundable.
